When your lease ends — and after at least 10 months of reserve contributions — you can schedule your move using those funds. It's a proactive way to eliminate stress and spread the cost of moving over time.

What does each plan include?Every plan includes a moving truck, professional movers, and basic equipment (dollies, blankets, straps). Higher-tier plans include additional hours of service, packing/unpacking, and even clean-out services. Check out our [Plans Page] for a full breakdown.

What is the one-time setup fee for?The one-time setup fee is used to cover administrative costs, processing fees, and property manager incentives. It’s a required part of enrollment and is charged when you first sign up for your plan — separate from your monthly reserve payments.

When can I schedule my move?You can schedule your move after you’ve built up at least 10 months of reserve payments. StashMove is designed for end-of-lease moves, not short-term or immediate relocations. This gives you time to build your moving fund and stay ahead of the game.

Can I use StashMove for commercial or office moves?Absolutely. As long as your business has an active subscription and has built a reserve over time, you can use StashMove to coordinate your commercial move at the end of your lease.

What’s included in the clean-out service?With the Concierge Plan, clean-out service includes light cleaning and junk removal after your move. It’s a great option for tenants who want to leave their space spotless and increase their chances of getting their deposit back.

I live in a property partnered with StashMove — what do I do?Use the property referral code provided by your leasing office at checkout. It may unlock tenant perks or discounts and ensures your property manager receives their incentive.

Can I cancel anytime?Yes, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Unused reserves maybe subject to a cancellation fee. If you cancel before reaching the 10-month reserve requirement, you will not qualify for a full-service move. Be sure to review our terms before canceling.
